Terms of Service

These are the terms for using Airporio. Using the site means accepting them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

What you get

Every game on Airporio is free to play, and playing needs no account — start one and you play as a guest. An account is free and optional; it keeps your saved games, your ratings and your progress between visits. We may add, change or remove games — a game you played once may not be here next time, because the people who make the games decide that, not us.

Your account

• One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself.
• Playing as a guest keeps nothing between browsers. Saving a game, rating one, and being findable by friends need an account.
• Choose a display name that you would be happy for a child to read, because children use this site and your display name appears on public scoreboards and to the other players in a match. The same goes for anything you send in a multiplayer room. We may change a name or remove a message that breaks this, and close an account that keeps doing it.
• You can close your account whenever you like, from Settings, and we delete what it holds. It is not reversible, and it does not need to be asked for — see the Privacy Policy for exactly what goes and what stays.

Ratings

You can give any game a rating from one to five stars, and change or remove it at any time. A rating is yours and is shown to you. We may remove ratings that are obviously not about the game.

The games belong to the people who made them

Each game, its artwork and its name belong to its publisher. Playing a game here does not give you any right to copy, redistribute or resell it. Airporio and its own artwork belong to us.

Fair use of the service

Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service or to anyone else’s account, and do not use automated tools to bulk-download the games or their assets.

Airlines

Nothing here is an offer to license these games to a carrier. If you ask us for pricing, we will reply; any licence would be a separate written agreement.

No promises we cannot keep

The service is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it available and working, but we do not guarantee that it will always be up, that every game will run on every device, or that your progress or scores will be preserved. A guest’s progress lasts only while the game is open; an account keeps it, but a game that changes or is removed may not be able to use it. We may remove scores that could not have been earned by playing.

Changes

We may change these terms. If we change them in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and update the date at the top.
