About the game
A 3D table for the classic shedding card game. Match the suit or the rank, play an eight to change the suit, and be first to empty your hand.
Crazy Eights brings the traditional shedding card game to a fully modelled 3D table. Play a card that matches the suit or the rank of the card in play, or drop an eight — the wild card — and name any suit you like. Go out first and you score the value of every card your opponents are still holding; first to the target score takes the match.
The table is rendered in real 3D with perspective cards, soft shadows and a lit felt surface, and it reframes itself for whatever screen it lands on. Table Rules let you set the table to taste: two to four players, five or seven cards, draw until playable or draw one and pass, reshuffle or pass when the stock runs out, target score, and the optional action cards — twos that make the next player draw two, queens that skip, and aces that reverse the direction of play. Defaults are the classic game.
Everything runs from a single file with no network of any kind: no accounts, no ads, no in-app purchases, no data leaves the device.
How to play
- Play a card that matches the suit or the rank of the card on top of the pile.
- Any eight is wild: play it at any time, then name the suit that follows.
- No playable card? Draw from the stock until you find one, then play it.
- Be the first to empty your hand to win the round.
- You score the cards left in every other hand: eight = 50, court card = 10, ace = 1, others face value.
- First player to reach the target score wins the match.
- Camera button (or C): switch between the Table, Seat and Overhead views.
