About the game

One Christmas tree, up to eight people, all decorating it at once.

A host starts a tree, picks where it stands, and shares a six-character code; up to eight people join with it and hang ornaments on the same tree at the same time, each from their own screen. Choose an ornament, tap a branch, and it goes on for everyone. When two people reach for the same spot, whoever got there first keeps it and the other ornament slides to the nearest free point rather than being refused.

There are twelve trees, from a noble fir to a driftwood beach tree, and sixteen rooms, from a fireplace living room and a log cabin to a tropical beach and an open snowfield under the aurora, each at dusk, night or morning. Two hundred ornaments sit on sixteen shelves, from Classic Glass to Animals & Pets, alongside ten kinds of lights with their own patterns, up to three layers of garland, a topper, and a skirt, stand and presents for under the tree.

How to play

1. Type your name and choose Start a tree, or enter a friend's six-character code and choose Join with this code.
2. If you started the tree, pick the room and the time of day, then choose Start decorating.
3. Invite people shows a code: anyone with it can join and decorate the same tree, even halfway through, up to eight people.
4. Pick an ornament from a shelf such as Classic Glass, then tap a branch to hang it.
5. Tap an ornament on the tree to take it off, and use the lights, garlands, topper and Under the tree tabs to dress the rest.
6. Surprise me fills the tree in for you, and you can move anything you like afterwards.
