About the game

Slide the tray, fold matching amber tiles into bigger ones and chase the target tile.

2048 is an original sliding-tile puzzle for the amber workshop. Swipe and every tile slides to that side of the carved tray; two tiles showing the same number fold into one worth double, and that number is added to your score. A fresh tile drops into a free slot after every move — usually a 2, sometimes a 4. Reach the target tile to win, then keep playing for a bigger one.

If the tray ever jams with no move left it costs one amber drop and the smallest tiles are melted away so the run can carry on; lose the last drop and the run is over. Board Setup lets you change the tray size, target tile, chance of a 4, number of drops and starting tiles, and the Tray Editor lets you paint a starting position and play it. Fully offline, eleven languages, gamepad-ready.
